We’re delighted to report that one of our clients was recognized by the North American CandEs — the Candidate Experience Awards— winning companies will be honored during an awards gala at the Austin, Texas Hilton hotel, November 15th. The Candidate Experience Awards are organized by Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on studying best practices that support continuous recruiting innovation.
Winning companies were selected from among 240 participating companies and over 183,000 job seekers who shared their views and experiences as candidates. The winning companies were selected through an analysis of their candidate survey scores. Scoring focused on the rankings of candidates on direct responses to questions such as “are you likely to apply again,” and “are you likely to refer a friend”. This system was used to identify the strongest companies and, ultimately, this year’s winners. For companies to qualify, they had to commit to a statistically substantial candidate response, and the proportion of respondents had to surpass a set standard.

We applaud these companies for setting an example for their peers and more importantly, valuing their candidates as humans and recognizing that their experience matters”.
